Yay design wall!
I've been itching to play with squares too..
You have a nice ying/yang going on with the plaid and the flowers!
My mom gave me a big sheet of something... feltish... halfway between felt and fleece?... that quilt-weight fabric just sticks to. You don't have to use pins. But, I don't have any wall space, so I tend to use a design floor.
